San Telmo Suites occupies a converted 19th-century townhouse in the San Telmo district, preserving the original facade while adding two new floors supported by metal framing. The property features an interior courtyard with an antique fountain and modern water wall, maintaining period details like old wood floors and panelling alongside contemporary art by local painters.

The 12 guestrooms include minibars, plasma TVs, and private bathrooms with bidets, showers, and bathrobes. Rooms 201 and 202 offer street-facing balconies. Some units feature 2 bathrooms, coffee machines, iPod docking stations, and seating areas. The suite includes 2 mezzanine levels and cannot accommodate extra beds.

A buffet breakfast with fresh juices, fruit cocktails, fresh and tinned fruit, croissants, cereals, ham, cheese, and breads is served in the two-story bar/restaurant.
