Historic Building Conversion
San Telmo Suites occupies a converted 19th-century townhouse in the San Telmo district, preserving the original facade while adding two new floors supported by metal framing. The property features an interior courtyard with an antique fountain and modern water wall, maintaining period details like old wood floors and panelling alongside contemporary art by local painters.
